I Told You So
Judging by my latest addition to the Quotelog, Shakespeare could see this financial catastrophe coming.
Society needs to relearn how to use money. Rather than living surrounded by credit, why not earn the money, save and then spend it. Borrowing with no idea how you're going to repay that debt is crazy! Slow down, the world isn't going to end tomorrow, there's time for that American style fridge, or that fancy sofa from DFS.
Borrowing can be a good thing, but you need to do the math first.
"Neither a Borrower nor a Lender be"I don't have a credit card and I rarely borrow money from the bank, except when there is no way to save cash fast enough for what ever it is I am looking to do. I live within my means, not far beyond them.
